I’d like to give a huge shout out to the owners, and amazing staff at Atlantis Heating & Air! Our 16/yo unit finally bit the dust, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with this new Rudd split system! Hands down among the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, both before and after the sale! Be sure and give them a call next time you’re in the market looking to purchase, or in need of service!

Had a rodent issue that destroyed my ducts. Was able to come two days after giving an estimate to replace ducts with all new hard ducts! Communication was great and prices and scheduling were reasonable compared with another estimate I received.

100/10 recommend! Our entire unit went out right before the cold front and they made sure to get us taken care of in a very timely manner! Efficient, friendly, even went above and beyond by repairing an area of duct work they thought would give us trouble down the road. Thank you all for a job well done!!
